Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have questions about the security of your Old School RuneScape account, how the ordering process works, or which payment options are available? Here, you will find all the essential information clearly laid out.

How do I know my OSRS account is safe?

Safety is our top priority. All our staff members play 100% manually and use reliable VPNs suited to your location. Furthermore, our vetted employees are required to deposit the full value of your in-game currency into an independent escrow account before they can begin your order.

What happens immediately after placing an order?

Once you open a ticket on our Discord server, you will receive a personalized quote. After payment, your order is posted to our internal job board. When a qualified worker accepts the job, a private channel is created for you and the worker. After the escrow process is completed, you securely exchange login details, and the process begins immediately.

Can I receive interim updates on the progress?

Certainly. You can request updates in your personal Discord channel at any time. Our team members communicate proactively and, upon request, provide immediate insight into levels achieved, quest progress, or minigame statistics.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We offer a wide range of secure payment methods, including OSRS Gold, various cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT TRC20, LTC, ETH ERC20, Binance ID/Pay), PayPal, Wise, Revolut, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, Chime, MetaPay, Wire Transfer, E-Transfer, and Visa.

What happens when the assignment is completed?

Once the job is complete, the worker logs out immediately and reports the completion in your Discord ticket. We recommend changing your password right away. Are you using a Jagex Account with two-factor authentication (2FA)? If so, no one can log back in without your approval—even without a password change.
